The Iron Tree team worked well together for 5-6 hours thinning and shaping our trees and removing one tree. We have a lot of obstacles that made it hard to use their equipment – the crane & the bucket machine.They kept at it until the bucket machine was in place. The arborist even had to climb a tree to enter the bucket machine and crawl across a beam to get out of it once the tree was removed. The team leader was cheerful and always available for my requests. I wanted to remove one leader. He advised against and he was right. They carefully followed our directions. There were no surprises.
